Every time I search for the same flight, the price is different, sometimes higher within minutes of my last search.I never know if I should book now or wait, and there's no way to tell if it's genuine demand or the airline strategy. AI can suggest places but it cannot connect me with other travellers going to the same place or a local who actually knows what is happening there. A platform that plans everything day by day and also connects you with fellow travellers heading to the same destination and local events happening right there would change everything.
Companies love giving vouchers and coupons to their employees and customers. I have so many like that as a customer and as an employee, but when I'm actually ready to redeem one, it barely covers the full cost. Say a product is ₹2000, my voucher only covers ₹1000, and I still pay the rest myself. I would be more happy if I redeem that for real money. This could easily turn into a B2B opportunity, a big one.
We were shifting to new home recently, and we called truck driver for shifting furniture they quoted a different price for the same job, no fixed rate, no way to know what's fair. It's the same trick auto drivers pull outside railway stations, spotting new visitors and quoting double because they know the person has no idea what's fair. No transparency, whoever knows less about local rates pays more. Thousands of people need this kind of service every day, even in tier 2 and 3 cities.
Nowadays, most e-commerce platforms follow very similar user flows and interaction patterns. Is there an opportunity to redesign the experience in a way that feels more trustworthy, seamless, and user-friendly than the current standard?The goal is to create a simplified purchasing journey that reduces unnecessary steps, avoids confusing users during checkout, and builds stronger trust throughout the payment process. At the same time, the experience should remain technically feasible, intuitive, and frictionless without compromising usability or business goals.
India is pushing hard to become a semiconductor manufacturing country. Government is investing, But the machines needed to make chips cost tens of millions of dollars and take months to deliver. Small Indian chip makers simply neither afford nor wait that long. In developed countries there is a healthy market for used semiconductor equipment. Buying these old machines, repairs and restores them to working condition like refurbished phones we buy and sells them at much lower price. Almost no competition. Someone who does this for chip making machines is solving a very real and urgent gap.
During college days I worked part time in a restaurant. We cook biryani bulk every day and some days we cant sell all. Fresh food but we have to throw it. People order products regularly from multiple e-commerce platforms and online stores, but each platform sends delivery updates through different apps, emails, SMS messages, and notifications. As a result, users often become confused when a delivery person calls and asks for their location, especially when they are in a meeting and find difficulty in searching what they ordered through multiple platforms.A unified delivery-tracking app or an agent can solve this problem by consolidating all order information into one place. It can notify users about the product arriving, the platform it was ordered from, the expected delivery time, the current status, and any required action. This will make online deliveries more organized, predictable, and convenient for users.
We track screen time and all but ignore stress, burnout and poor sleep, Body fat, water percentage, blood sugar, blood pressure and hormones like testosterone all matter but nobody sees them together in one simple view. Technology tracks eart rate and foot steps. But nobody built a simple system that tells us when we ourselves are running low, like a battery percentage for the human body.

I am 28 and I look fine overall. Recently I went beach with friends and when everyone changing to swimwear I just couldnt. Dark underarms and inner thighs. I was standing fully covered while everyone in water. Tried many creams nothing works. Nobody talks about this but so many people have this problem. Two things together can fix this, soft innerwear that stops friction which causes darkness and a good cream that lightens without irritation. Most brands do only one whoever solves both together already has big customer base waiting.
We recently demolished our old house to build a new one. Concrete, bricks, steel, sand. We spent lakhs of rupees but all of it went straight to landfill. Most of this material worth lakhs instead of thrown away like that it can be processed. As cities keep expanding and old buildings keep coming down every day this waste is only growing. What is being dumped today was worth lakhs yesterday and hopefully could be worth lakhs again tomorrow.

We could do the same with cocoa here, small batches, creative packaging, real innovation, and start by selling to local stores and slowly scaling up.
We always get refunds so late, a cancelled train or flight ticket, a returned online order, a failed UPI payment, the money's already gone but it takes days, sometimes weeks to come back. This creates a huge market gap and also the opportunity in collecting and managing used cooking oil at scale.
Whenever I visit a restaurant or theatre on a regular weekday it is almost empty. They can seat 100 people but maybe 20 show up. The rent is running, staff is there, everything is on but barely earning. At the same time someone in the same area is planning a birthday, an anniversary or a team outing and struggling to find a good affordable venue. These two people exist at the same time in the same city and nobody is connecting them. The business owner gets a full table. The group gets a great deal. Simple as that.

What if there was something like an app which sends us daily- a summarised content of videos in 5-10 min blog form from the listed channels. In this way we will not miss content that helps us to grow and catchup on the information/learnings without going through the noise.
Throwing trash is hard and segregating trash into food, plastic, paper into three different bins even more harder. Anything which consumes less time and work always have scope. Why dont a smart dustin where i throw trash in the top funnel and internally it should have three bins accordingly it should segregates automatically. Any tech may be sensor or anything.
India remains as an assembler of smartphones screens, camera modules, circuit boards all still coming from imports. Assembly is crowded and low value. Making the components is where the real money is and that space is almost untouched in India. Yes it is expensive for newcomers also great reward and government is supporting manufacturers with great schemes like PLI.
As I have seen sericulture very closely from silkworm to silk, there are so many pain points here. More than 50% of the material end up as waste across the process, and reeling is still largely dependent on manual and small-scale methods. When i have seen countries like China have better machinery and technology, I keep wondering why don't have.. This industry supports around 7.9 million people and more if we include textile also.

What if there are small affordable work and stay spaces in rural India close to nature. Not permanent, just a month, work peacefully, explore a new life also affordbale, recharge and come back. Gen Z would love this and remote workers are already looking for exactly this.
At home many services faults are being done like in electricity, furniture, water system for that we search and call the plumber, electrician accordingly. We do not get the idea of quality of service worker provide for that we can build an application in which all workers can register according to their role and people can contact them directly in any emergency

How you talk to your boss, your friends, how you handle stress. Over time it becomes your clone. It can attend calls, reply to messages and even join meetings the way you would. And the most interesting part is you can talk to it like talking to yourself and actually feel how other people experience you. All data stays on your device. Nobody else sees it.
Village grows a lot of cotton, but they just sell it raw to far away factories and buy the finished products back at a much higher price. If they built a small processing unit right here, there'd be no logistics cost and they could make high-quality products like sanitary pads and also children diapers. These things have regular demand in the market.
3 years back I moved to Japan for work. I always wanted to bring my parents here but they cant speak English or Japanese. One way I can travel with them but other way I cannot go again as it becomes too expensive for me. Airport staff helps at one counter and leaves, they cant take care end to end. So many people travel same routes every day. If someone already on that flight helps my parents through checkin, immigration and boarding for small fee that solves everything. Every traveler carries passport so verification is already there. Same way we can also send urgent parcels or documents through trusted travelers on same route.
We all witnessed how plastic bottle prices suddenly increased when crude oil prices went up. That direct relation is a dangerous problem when we have no alternative and fully depend on it. We use the bottle once and the earth carries it for 400 to 500 years. Five human lifetimes for one minute of use. Our ancestors carried all kinds of liquids without plastic by using bamboo, banana leaves, coconut shells. Nature always had the solution. With present day innovation if we use those natural materials we can make biodegradable and environment friendly alternatives that actually work.
Two years back we started our first clothing brand and within a couple of months 35% of orders started coming back. Not because products were damaged but wrong size or colour. Every returned item felt like money we already spent going nowhere. Small sellers like us in Tier 2 cities have no system for this and nobody is helping. As a seller the biggest relief would be knowing that every product that leaves your warehouse never comes back. Someone who collects these returns from customers, sorts the good ones and sells them to local vendors or B2B platforms builds a real business out of what everyone else is treating as a loss.
I am from village and I seen how hard farmers work and they sell everything fresh to big factories, factories add chemicals and also as always farmer is under paid. The idea is not delivery but processing. Change the form of the product right where it is grown. Chillis into chilli powder, mangoes into pulp, strawberries into jam, cocoa into cocoa powder. When you process it there itself shelf life increases, logistics cost reduces, no need for heavy chemicals and product value goes up. Farmer earns more, rural people get jobs and customer gets real quality. Export it sell it under one brand name. Same franchise model, just for farming.

When they walk into a bank for a loan the common question asked is show us your salary slips, show us financial proof. They have neither. Not because they do not earn but because their earnings are not recorded.

I wonder how many vehicle repair shops are there in India and every single one of them is covered with old used tyres outside. Every day tons of tyres are generated and nobody using this opportunity properly. Not only tyres, EV batteries also have carbon black lithium and cobalt inside, materials worth serious money. If someone process this and recover carbon black from tyres, extract lithium cobalt from EV batteries and sell to manufacturers. Rubber from tyres can also useful and can make into different products. Raw material is free and already outside every repair shop. 2026 EPR laws make recycling compulsory so demand is growing.
Whenever I travel by flight both my ears get painful during landing because of cabin pressure change. I swallow, yawn, use headphones, try everything but nothing works. Millions of people fly every day and so many feel this same pain especially children and elders. A small reusable earplug with a pressure filter that balances cabin pressure automatically would fix this. Airlines can offer it as a paid add on and it becomes a real business.
Last night I taken Ola cab ride and noticed that driver had apps running Ola, Uber and Rapido at the same time. Asked him how he picks which ride to accept. He said pure gut feeling. Every app only cares about its own business not the driver's earnings. He wished that platform should tell the driver which ride is actually worth taking based on distance, traffic, return trip chances and cancellation rates. .
I often plan to go to banks, hospitals,government offices but never know how long I should wait. Sometimes I reach and it is a short wait, other times it turns into hours standing in a queue. This often disrupts other important work. If I could just check the expected wait time or rush at that place like malls on weekends or any place before leaving home I can choose better timing to go there. Google Maps tells me traffic, in the same way based on no.of mobile devices at that particular location we can track whether the place is rushed or not, soltuion on this helps long queue places like Tiurpati, voting places etc..
Ever connected these dots. Why Ambani and Adani adopt thousands of acres of forest like Vantara. Passion maybe. But actually industries that pollute have to buy carbon credits by law to offset that pollution. Every tree generates these credits. So whoever owns the forest can sell those credits and earn real money. Small companies who want to buy credits dont know where to go and getting cheated also. If someone builds simple marketplace where companies buy verified credits and farmers or landowners sell credits from their trees both sides benefit. India Carbon Credit Trading Scheme already started in 2023. Whoever builds this now will own the market when it becomes compulsory for everyone.
I am from a rural area, and this idea comes from my experience with farmers and agriculture.Instead of depending on middlemen, gated communities and urban families can directly connect with village farmers for their daily food needs.Farmers can grow crops based on the community’s requirements, and people can buy fresh products directly from them.This creates fair income for farmers and provides healthy, chemical-free food for families.People who prefer organic farming can also support and invest in farmers to encourage sustainable cultivation.This model builds trust, strengthens the connection between rural and urban communities, and creates a better future for both farmers and consumers.Supporting farmers directly means supporting healthier food, sustainable farming, and a stronger society.
Mostly rains and weather condition disrupts farmers, when everything goes well they dont have proper facility to maintain the product. India wastes 30 to 40 percent of all fruits and vegetables every year after harvest. Cold supply chain is short of 60,000 units across the country. Cold storage that exists is too expensive for small farmers. An affordable cold storage solution built for farmers at village level is much needed.
