Andhra Pradesh produces such a large amount of cocoa, but why isn't there any innovation with it at a small scale?
Other countries take simple raw ingredients and turn them into something special, take honey spoons for example, it's just honey, but the packaging and idea make it stand out. We could do the same with cocoa here, small batches, creative packaging, real innovation, and start by selling to local stores and slowly scaling up.
