Lack of public awareness about online government service application process in India

In Andhra Pradesh many citizens face difficulty applying for essential doccumentssuch as voter id,pan card,pass port,caste and income certificates.

All these services are provided in official online portals and government service centers. But so many citizens don't know the correct application process even though they are literate people. If they ask with someone else for the procedure of applications they told like to to netcare or go to meeseva centre they will apply and they will give to you within 1 week or couple of days.

No one is telling the actual procedure because of this may so many citizens will become lazy, uneducated.
